Various options to create your family’s best experience.

During enrollment, the costs that are paid are the initial tuition payment for your selected payment schedule, the enrollment fee, and the supply fee. Depending on your payment schedule, the initial tuition payments will look like one of the following (with the exception of those under the Willow):

  • Annual: The full tuition amount for your selected program for the entirety of the year.

  • Semiannual: The full tuition amount for your selected program for the entirety of the semester of enrollment.

  • Monthly: The full tuition amount for your selected program for the entirety of the first month of enrollment.

The following is a breakdown of the fees involved with our services:

  • Annual Enrollment Fee: This fee reserves a consistent space for your child, is not refundable, and is due upon initial enrollment and enrollment renewal.

  • Annual Supply Fee: This fee goes to WGA providing your child with the supplies on our supply list, is an optional fee if you would prefer to acquire your child’s supplies, and is not refundable if paid. This fee is also due upon initial enrollment if you opt to be provided supplies.

  • Pay in full

    With the option to pay in one lump sum, you can assure a term that creates as much room to solely focus on your child as possible.

  • Use a payment plan

    Our monthly payment plans’ purpose is to make our services accessible to as many children and their families as we can. With an understanding heart, we will work with you to try to create the best fit for you and your child, every step of the way.

  • Pay as you go

    For those interested in the Willow plan, we are happy to offer the option to pay tuition along the way and meet your scheduling needs as they change.
